Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Costs
UK delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend, no codes, no small print.
For international orders, any shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days (varies by location and customs)
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur during peak periods or due to international shipping logistics.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately at kinridge.uk@outlook.com.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
